- Fluid was full. Pressure test coolant system, did not see any exterior leaks. Ran vehicle and found the cooling fans are not working, when over heating would cause fluid to overflow which would look like leak. Replace cooling fans and retest. Remove and replace new an assembly. Ran vehicle. Everything is working good.
