- Test drive… has no power. Raise car and check … down stream converter has already been removed. Checking, MAF, and 0/2 operation, both are down. Remove upper exhaust and found upper converter is clogged. When the lower was remove because of blockage… what was blocking the converter was parts of the upper coming apart. Unclog upper converter, reassemble and test drive. All good.
