The muffler is hanging down, messed up the flex pipe and broke rear hanger. Remove and replace new flex pipe. Replaced new hanger. Test

First start of test drive, vehicle ran good. After driving for 15 min, very started to feel sluggish and felt the issue. Checked exhaust and CAT, everything looks good. Cleaned mass air flow, dirty. No codes in history. After cleaning ran good. Going to have to get worse.
