    • Flanges where the ft and rear exhaust meet is rotted away. Cut out old section and weld in new.
    • LR Window stuck down. LF window will not go down. Remove panel on LR and check motor. Jump motor and motor does work. Check wiring, found window switch on both non-working windows are bad. Get LR window up, swap switch with RR to RF and now window works by the switch, but not with the master switch. Checking… master switch is bad also. After talking to customer ordered parts for individual windows and gonna leave the master the way it is.

    • Test drove vehicle, heard noise, pulling wheels and checking brakes, noise coming from the front. Remove and replace both front calipers, brake pads and rotors. Clean, adjust and lubricate all slides. Add fluid, bleed system. Test drive Rear brake pads are still good 70% worn but rusty in rear. Still got some time on rear

    • Remove panel, found window regulator bad, remove and replace new part and replace panel. Clean window, test.
    • Removed rear wheels and adjusted rear parking brake, test drive, works good.
    • Test drove vehicle, put in air and found passenger side strut rusted and broke, remove and replace both front strut assembly. Test drive

    • Test drove vehicle, heard noise and checking both front lower ball joints bad. Remove and replace both front ball joints. Test drive
    • Topped off washer fluid, coolant, engine oil is good, brake fluid was full, power steering fluid full, transmission fluid is good.

    • Test drive…. pedal is not disengaging the clutch all the way, causing the shifter to "rake" going into reverse And hard time getting into 1st at a stop. This is a hydraulic clutch with a slave. BLeed the system multiple time…. did not get any air out of system and did not make a difference in the pedal action. FIx for this is to replace slave which is in the trans which would have to come out of the car to replaced. That far apart…. should replace clutch disk and pressure plate also. See attached est.

    • Did see cut on side wall, but tire is not leaking at this time. Would recommend 4 new tires 225/55R 18 Remove, mount and balance 4 new tires. Set tire pressure to all tires.
    • Drain and change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and cabin air filter, good. Check all fluid levels, topped off what was needed. Preform basic safety inspection front and rear suspension. Checked belts and hoses.
    • Front brake pads are like new and rear brake pads about 70% worn. Fluids are all good and topped off. Checked the recall, about oil pan and oil pressure switch, at this time no leaks or issues, would need to take to dealership for repair. Vehicle has timing chain, which is good. 105K spark plugs are due for change 120K coolant, transmission service due
    • Hook up gauges and check pressures. Check compressor, condenser, switches and blower operation. Charge system if needed. System was low, A/C compressor is working. Topped off freon, and added dye. Ran vehicle for 30 min. Did not see any leaks at this time, would recommend driving for 2 weeks and bring back unless it gets warm before then.
    • Test drove vehicle, did not feel or drive different, this vehicle has electronic power steering.
